The “Worksheet” sections from the complete TIR Participant’s Guide for each Lesson are available for you to download and print for your writing exercises on each specific Lesson’s Page.

Take a few minutes at the end of every lesson to reflect on your goals and go through the Three R’s exercise; these exercises will become increasingly powerful in moving you toward your goals and help you acquire the necessary clarity for the realization of your goals.
