WEEK 3: PICKING AN INDUSTRY
What’s hot and what’s not in 2023? Which are the saturated markets you should stay far away from? Where are the hidden markets with little to no competition that you could easily dominate? We’re going to cover it all this week!
WEEK 4: BUILDING YOUR BOARD AND SECURING YOUR PROFESSIONALS
Are you still reaching out and speaking with your BoD candidates and professionals the way you always have? How’s that working out for you? This week, we’re going to cover the shifts that have taken place in this area, and how you have to adjust to take advantage of them!
WEEK 5: INTERVIEWING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND FINDING A DEAL
Are you finding it more difficult to find Business Acquisition candidates? Are the conversations you’re having with them and Financial Institutions going nowhere? There’s a reason for that, and this week, we’re going to show you how to have those conversations successfully in 2023!

WEEK 7: MANAGING YOUR FIRST DEAL AND GOING AFTER YOUR NEXT ONE
You got your first deal! Great! Now what do you do? Believe it or not, this is where most ‘successful’ Business Acquisition practicioners have the most trouble… and where most of them stop. This week, I’ll show you how to avoid becoming just another ‘One-Deal Dummy!’
