Mind Pump – MAPS HIIT Fitness Training Program
MAPS HIIT is designed for moderate to advanced lifters who want rapid fat loss and/or total fitness conditioning but who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym. It is a 3-phase program that lasts for 6 weeks with each phase consisting of 2 weeks. The first phase focuses on barbell complexes (hard and challenging movements).
Second phase focuses on dumbbell multi planar movements (joint mobility and strength). And the final phase focuses on bodyweight plyometrics. On top of that, we customize to levels of beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
Equipment needed: Barbell, Plates, Dumbbells. This program also comes with an At Home version that can be done with dumbbells, resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.
Integrates with most training programs and is perfect to “change things up” for better and faster results. Comes with detailed “flow sessions” which are designed to improve mobility, flexibility and function.

The biggest problem with most HIIT programs in the industry is that people see great results in the first 2-4 weeks, then their bodies get adapted to it. This is because HIIT should not be done long periods of time. It should be phased in and out, which is what we did with MAPS HIIT. - Sustainable Routine
On top of most HIIT programs being poorly programmed, they also can cause injury and make you go too hard too quick (leading to eventual burnout).
