In this phase you will learn how to stop getting stuck in the cycles of overworking and overthinking by getting to the root of your high-functioning anxiety, learning how to manage difficult emotions, and dissecting the limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck.

- Module 2: Learn how to manage difficult emotions with a calm core so you can stop taking out your frustration on those closest to you
- Module 3: Calm your anxiety, fear, & overthinking by getting to the root so you can sleep better at night, feel more calm and focused throughout your day, and let go of physical tension and discomfort
- Module 4: Identify and rewrite your limiting beliefs to empower yourself from within so you can achieve your goals with ease
PHASE TWO: Create Balance by Reclaiming Your Time & Energy
Learn how to effectively manage your time and energy so you can have improved work-life balance and recover from and/or prevent burnout. In this phase you will learn how to listen to and work with your body’s natural energy levels, get more done in less time by being more intentional with your time, maximize your performance at work, and create sustainable systems that will support you in the long run.
- Module 5: Create a healthy balance of your time & energy to avoid burnout and work with your body’s natural fluctuations in energy
- Module 6: Maximize your efficiency, productivity, & motivation to get more done in less time (so you have more time to relax and for your relationships, hobbies, and travel!)
