What You’ll Learn In Clients 3.0 Workshop Series
WORKSHOP 1:: We design you a core offer that’s clear and compelling.
Your core offer is the transformation that you’ll create for a specific group of people.
When it’s not compelling for the right person, you can be doing all the right things for months with nothing to show for it.
It’s super disheartening when prospects don’t get what you do — or get it but don’t want it.
That’s why your offer is the lead domino we need to fix.
First we’ll design your program so it’s easy to understand, easy to buy, and easy for you to deliver.
Then we take your program to the offer lab, and make it irresistible for people to buy for $2-5k.
At a $3k price point, you only need 3 or 4 sales a month to add $10k.
WORKSHOP 2: We take you from invisible to in-demand.
Once you’ve got an offer, the next step is to get it in front of people. But for early stage coaches it’s trickier than ever to get cut through.
Strategies that used to work even two years ago don’t work anymore.
Organic content has gotten harder and more competitive, and ads are more expensive.
The good news is that in 2025, you don’t need a huge audience. Every social platform has completely flipped their algorithm, and now beginners with zero audience can actually go ‘niche viral’ and get tons of leads.
We’ve cracked the code on creating banger content that gives your prospects, the algorithm, and your business exactly what they need.
So we’ll use the Social Playbook from Black Belt you can get leads every day, and sign clients every week — even if the only follower you have right now is your mum.
WORKSHOP 3: We help you sign clients and get paid.
Most coach sales processes are clunky and inconsistent, but selling your services doesn’t have to be awkward.
In this workshop, I’m not going to teach you to become a hardcore closer. Instead, we’re going to make your service easy to buy.
The first sales asset we’ll create is your Offer Doc — a simple google doc that sells your program for you (without the need for sales calls). We layer in the 5 needle-moving ingredients to make your offer sell itself.
If you’ve been selling your coaching for a while, this will save you hours on calls with prospects, and do the selling for you.
[Note: If you’re launching a new offer, or testing a new niche, I’d sign my first 5 clients on calls, instead of the doc. Your conversion rate will be higher, and you’ll learn what your perfect prospects really want. Then I’d take what I learned on calls, and pour what you’ve learned into the Offer Doc for all the sales after that.]
