This course is perfect for the complete karate beginner that wants to get a taste for karate. In this course “Free Shotokan Karate Training”, We will teach you the basics of SHOTOKAN KARATE. This includes Punches, Blocks, and their practical application. This course includes instructional videos, that go through the proper technique for each move.

Shotokan is a style of karate, developed from various martial arts by Gichin Funakoshi (1868–1957) and his son Gigo (Yoshitaka) Funakoshi (1906–1945).
